Join fellow healthcare executives for an exclusive dinner and presentation with Chris Hunt, MBA, MSHA, BSN, RN, CSSM, NEA-BC, AVP of Perioperative Services at MultiCare Health System.

When surgical operations span 13 hospitals, fragmentation shows up everywhere with misaligned metrics, disconnected scheduling, and case volumes that don’t match capacity. At MultiCare, leaders didn’t just solve these issues locally; they built a playbook to align operations across the entire system.

Chris will share how MultiCare achieved operational alignment that delivered measurable results, including a 25 percent increase in staffed room utilization and 3,200 additional cases completed in one year without adding ORs. He will walk through how the team standardized governance and workflows, established shared access principles across facilities, matched case volume to capacity, and leveraged real-time data and AI to uncover and reallocate hidden OR time.

The discussion will also explore how AI-powered capacity and workforce management solutions can strengthen financial resilience by boosting EBITDA, reducing delays, and eliminating repetitive work across health systems. You will leave with practical strategies for turning alignment into impact and a clear path to scalable OR performance in today’s challenging healthcare landscape.
