Five Paths to Full-Time
Audrey Luey: The Cross-Functional Collaborator
Internship: Data Analyst Intern (2024)
Current FTE Role: Product Implementation & Customer Success Specialist
Why Return to LeanTaaS?
I am committed to advancing access to and improving experiences within our healthcare system, and particularly inspired by the way data and technology can help achieve this. This closely aligns with the core mission of LeanTaaS. Furthermore, the company’s community nurtures a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment where every individual contributes as part of one united team.
Most Impactful Internship Experience
We were tasked with preparing and presenting deliverables that required cross-functional communication between the Data Analyst and Customer Success teams. This experience allowed me to practice accounting for all stakeholders, applying different problem-solving methodologies, and taking initiative in guiding collaboration toward successful outcomes.
Excitement About the Current Role
I am most excited to continue building upon my understanding of the reasoning and purpose behind our product functionalities. Serving as a bridge between the product and our customers will not only strengthen my skill set, but also help me create a greater impact.
Advice for Future Interns
Approach your internship with curiosity and willingness to learn, even beyond the immediate scope of your work. LeanTaaS offers access to a remarkable network of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, ultimately providing valuable insights for your career pathway.
Jonah Koepke: The Culture Advocate
Internship: Data Analyst Intern (2024)
Current FTE Role: Data Analyst
Why Return to LeanTaaS?
What ultimately pulled me back was the people – a talented, kind, and tight-knit group that makes a remote-first company feel incredibly connected. It’s a special place that is not only mission-oriented and growth-focused but also a welcoming and fun community.
Excitement About the Current Role
I’m eager to make a meaningful impact on healthcare by working more closely with our customers and furthering the LeanTaaS mission. I’m also excited to continue to grow my data skills and learn from the incredibly talented LeanTaaS community.
Advice for Future Interns
Talk to everyone you can; the team is so welcoming, and you’ll learn a tremendous amount. Just a word of caution: don’t challenge Mohan to a ping-pong match!
Marc Rosenthal: The Implementation Champion
Internship: Data Analyst Intern (2024)
Current FTE Role: Product Implementation Specialist
Why Return to LeanTaaS?
Everyone that I worked with was friendly, smart, and driven by LeanTaaS’ mission. They were generous with their advice and feedback and helped me grow as an intern while also developing a real working relationship with me. The people and the culture here on the infusion team were the main reasons I was so excited to return.
Most Impactful Internship Experience
I got the chance to work within iQueue to set up Unit Hierarchy for a few customers. This experience of having conversations with customers and product implementation and customer success (PICS) members while getting to know our product both prepared me well for my current role, where I need to be a strong communicator and customer advocate while also balancing a deep knowledge of our products and value adds.
Support for Professional Development
LeanTaaS continues to support my development by providing me with clear guidelines of what my role’s expectations are while also outlining clear steps for growth and internal advancement. They also provide reimbursement for resources related to ongoing education.
Advice for Future Interns
Meet as many people as possible. What you do is important, but what’s more important is what you learn and ultimately take away from the experience. Throw time on someone’s calendar and take the time to chat with everyone who comes into the office.
Meghan Partrick: The Seasoned Problem-Solver
Internship: Data Analyst Intern (2023)
Current FTE Role: Data Analyst II
Why Return to LeanTaaS?
The culture and environment at LeanTaaS is exactly what I hoped to be a part of. Everyone is supportive and reliable. It feels like a very collaborative environment. I know that my team will always be there for me when I have a tough project and need help.
Most Impactful Internship Experience
I was assigned a side project that included troubleshooting our datafeeds. It gave me a sense of what real-time problem solving was really like and provided me with more confidence to make those solutions. It also reassured me that I genuinely enjoyed being a Data Analyst.
Excitement About the Current Role
I am most excited about the opportunities that I’m provided relating to new projects or troubleshooting. I love having a new challenge and navigating the solutions. Oftentimes, it allows me to work with my team and learn from them.
Advice for Future Interns
Don’t be afraid to ask questions! With the amount of information you’re learning, it’s natural to have questions. It’s better to ask now than to be confused in the long run.

I knew that, if the opportunity arose, I would absolutely want to return and be a part of such a great team.
Most Impactful Internship Experience
I worked on refactoring code for multiple customers, which gave me insight into what being a full-time data analyst is like. In this project, I got to update preprocessing code, present my technical findings, learn from others, and collaborate cross-functionally, all of which are skills I use in my full-time role.
Support for Professional Development
I’ve been able to connect with others and participate in team-building activities. In one activity, we took individual Strengths Finder assessments and had group discussions about how we can leverage our strengths.
