LeanTaaS Shortlisted for 2022 SaaS Awards

International Software Awards Program Announces Initial Shortlist

July 19, 2022 — LeanTaaS, Inc., a leading Silicon Valley-based technology innovator that transforms core processes to improve patient access and operational performance, today announced it has been shortlisted in the 2022 SaaS Awards program in the Best SaaS Product for Healthcare category.

LeanTaaS has been recognized for its cloud-based iQueue product suite, which includes iQueue for Operating Rooms, iQueue for Infusion Centers, and iQueue for Inpatient Beds. iQueue applies sophisticated AI/ML solutions to existing data to predict and prescribe corrective actions to eliminate operational bottlenecks. As a result, hospitals and health systems optimize expensive, constrained resources, increase patient access to medical care, and realize increased revenue. On average, LeanTaaS’ customers see an impact of $500,000 per year per OR, $20,000 per year per infusion chair, and $9,000 per year per inpatient bed.

Now in its seventh year of celebrating software innovation, the Software Awards program accepts entries worldwide, including the US, Canada, Australasia, EMEA and UK.

Categories for 2022 include Best Enterprise-Level SaaS and Best Data-Driven SaaS, alongside new categories including ‘Most Agile or Responsive SaaS Solution of the Year’.

“As the healthcare industry seeks to transform, it must look to disruptive SaaS solutions,” said Mohan Giridharadas, CEO, LeanTaaS. “With rising patient volumes, mounting reimbursement pressures, and a critical staffing shortage, it’s never been more critical to innovate and do more with less. Our market-leading software products are helping over 130 health systems improve patient access and unlock scarce capacity. This recognition from the SaaS Awards demonstrates a true commitment to excellence and innovation from our team and on behalf of our customers.”

Head of operations for the SaaS Awards, James Williams, said: “Innovative technologies have always driven the industry forward, and having disrupted the software business, SaaS continues to mature as a key driver for sustained improvement across manifold verticals.

“SaaS technologies are now part of successful business DNA. Continuing to evolve, this year we’ve seen a raft of truly remarkable software solutions, making it extremely difficult for our team to eliminate candidates at the shortlist stage.

“The shortlisted candidates announced today, however, have proven to be truly innovative thinkers in the SaaS industry, whether they’re freshly-funded disruptors or established names.

“Our judges were very impressed with the volume of original solutions for modern business in all industry areas. Stay tuned for our August announcement of category finalists, representing those few solutions who can demonstrate that extra edge in impressing our international panel of judges, who are now left with a next-to impossible task.”

SaaS Awards finalists will be announced on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, with the ultimate category winners announced on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
