As a part of the report, customers shared their experiences with iQueue for Inpatient Flow and the key areas in which both the product and LeanTaaS excelled. Some of the leading strengths they identified include:

LeanTaaS’ commitment to forward-looking technology and AI features

“The ability to customize the platform is helpful. I would also say the vendor is great at being forward thinking. Healthcare is a little slow when it comes to the AI environment, but it is forward-thinking of the LeanTaaS and Hospital IQ founders to use AI to improve patient flow and outcomes. That is a key strength.” – CFO

The strong attention to customer relationships and strategic support

“When a customer starts with LeanTaaS, they are assigned to a customer service person who works with them as a representative. With that representative, it almost feels like the sky is the limit. If I had an idea or if there were something I wanted to try and track, then our representative would figure out a way to help me do that. We built different dashboards, and our representative showed me how to build dashboards. That was really a good partnership, and I would say that is something that LeanTaaS excels at.” – Nurse

The ease of use and implementation

“The tool probably works better than it was promoted. It is really easy to use. My charge nurses are using it, and they modify reports and do other things. The system is pretty cool.” – Director
